Never available when I ask for appointments unless maybe you want 2-4 months in advance. They had canceled on me twice. Stopped by for pet food and they couldn't even do that!!

They are super expensive. Seems, they are more about the money rather than the care of the animals and this has been since before the pandemic. Markup is right around 150 %. It's sad because people don't have animals based on what they rising costs are and this town is not in the top money markets. You go here, you better have deep pockets. Don't look for any empathy because they don't have it.

I took my pet rat there to assist her over the rainbow bridge because she had cancer and was in respiratory distress. They did a wonderful job, make the process less stressful and didn't rush anything. I stayed with her until she peacefully passed in my hands while I told her how much I loved her. Thank you for helping me through a tough experience. It never gets easier, but the right clinic can make it less painful.
