They have good service most of all but they are not open on weekends. There's not an emergency office anywhere and the mobile Vet never answers the phone calls. So if something happens you'll loose your animal. That's too unbelievable for me

I would give them a zero if I could. Funny thing I didn’t even get a chance to take my cat there. They refused to see him. He had an acute UTI. The receptionist was rude and totally unprofessional. They are literally across from were I live. Even so, I found a very good vet in Grand Forks. Sad you have to go out of town to find kind and professional pet care.

Everyone there is so helpful and caring. They were there when we needed them and went far beyond what we expected to help our sick cat during his illness and also compassion towards our broken hearts when he died from kidney disease. Every single person there is truly caring. We still have another cat and will continue to go there with her.

My male cats bladder leaked into his stomach from a UTI. Requiring emergency surgery with a total of two weeks recovering at the office. The staff that works there is absolutely amazing. I got to visit him whenever I wanted, even on the weekend. I was nervous about the medical bill but they are extremely reasonable on their prices.
