This place is great. I have been taking my dogs here for many years and have not had any issues. It nice to be able to walk in and get quick service and that the staff is always friendly and very helpful. It is always clean and bright. The rooms are very private for doctor visits.

Dr. Mikayla Nicklay was the absolute best! All of the staff is always amazing to all of our babies but today we had a scare with our baby Niko and she got us in first thing in the morning not only did she communicate so well with us but she connected with Niko making him feel comfortable and loved. She never cuts corners with her care but keeps your expenses in mind when making decisions. Today I know she went the extra mile to help our little one without surgery. She reached out to the other doctors getting multiple options and I know all these doctors are truly the best of the best. My littles are in the BEST hands at VCA. Thank you to EVERYONE at VCA you are all amazing!!!!!!

The staff made the tragedy of losing our cat as positive as possible. Dr. Wallace was very kind and reassuring when we had to make the toughest decision of our lives and let us hold our boy as he passed. It's an experience I'll never forget.

WOW! As someone passing through town and dealing with the unfortunate circumstance of needing immediate help for my 5 month old puppy, Dr. Mark Wenner kindly found a way to squeeze us in same day. The facility is clean, the staff are respectful and kind, and overall there is a very calm atmosphere in this clinic. Dr. Mark Wenner was extremely detailed and made me feel seen and heard regarding my puppy’s concerns. He thoroughly checked every part of my puppy and came up with a solid game plan. I never felt like I was asking too many questions. If you are someone who deeply cares about their pet, your furry family member will be taken care of here. It is located in a very safe and well populated area. Absolutely would recommend!

Every single person I met was so kind and considerate to my cat and myself as a first time cat owner! I really appreciated the care and time they took to ease my kitty's anxiety about being in an unfamiliar place! Highly recommend to all pet owners in Rochester! The people who work here really care about our pets and it shows!
