I had a super positive experience when boarding my dog Ruby at RVBG, I never boarded her before so I was extremely nervous, but having such friendly staff really made me feel comfortable. You can genuinely tell they care for your pets! The cameras in the dogs suite and daily texts made me feel great about leaving her knowing she’s okay! I’m super grateful for River Valley vet and boarding now!! Would use them again!

I am over the moon happy with the services River Valley provides to my pup. We have been going to River Valley since he was a puppy and just had our first grooming appointment at one year. Lezlie took the best care of my pup and made sure I knew all of the services that would be provided for him for his first appointment. I've never seen my pup look more handsome. Can't explain how much I recommend this place! Thank you to all your staff and crew that keeps my pup happy, healthy, and handsome!

We boarded our pup at RVGB for 2 weeks, and were absolutely delighted with how it went. We received daily updates that were detailed and obviously full of love for our little Tucker. They listened to us and were happy to accommodate Tucker's quirks. Even though we were out of the country, we were able to check in on him every day via the camera in his suite. We have only positive things to say about River Valley Groom & Board, and would recommend them to anyone!

I brought my cat in and he had a lot of matting on his hips. The groomer was able to get all the mats out without shaving a single place. I was very impressed. River Valley Groom and Board are very professional and friendly. I feel very comfortable bringing my pets here.
