Everyone at Maple Lake Vet is amazing. They've taken great care of my family's dogs for years with dogs ranging from a Great Pyrenees to Miniature Schnauzers. The ladies in the front and the vet/vet techs are always very gentle and kind with our dogs as well.

I’ve been taking my husky puppy here for his shots and wellness care since he was 8 weeks old. However when he became sick I called the clinic and had to leave a message which I did. Sadly no one bothered to call me back so the next day I called Delano Vet and they saw us the same day. I’m switching my care over to Delano. It’s a shame because I really like the ladies at the front desk. However when there are so many techs over there and 3 receptionists and no one can return a call when their puppy is sick? I won’t even go into the tech who tried to give my puppy a rabies shot when only vets are supposed to do those and he was too young at the time. Then she got mad at me for declining the shot until he’s older. Odd. But that’s two strikes. I’m a cash paying customer and I’m leaving your clinic. Do better.

I’m so glad to have a vet who likes cats and gives good advice on care and options. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I feel well supported in caring for my cats when they are healthy, and when they need help.
