I just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Reinhart at the Edina, MN location. She has been absolutely incredible during a really hard diagnosis for our dog (cancer). She has been so prompt in responding to us (via phone and email) with recommendations during ever changing circumstances. I have never experienced such amazing service from a medical provider, human or animal, and we will forever be grateful when we look back at this time. I hope that this message finds the right person to share with - she has set a gold standard for care! Thank you!

I have been bringing my dog to the Edina hospital for the past 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences. Scheduling, invoicing, communication and, most importantly, the level of care provided to my dog...it has all consistently been 5 stars.

The entire team at Banfield Edina is the best: timely responses, demonstrated care as well as expertise, post-op follow up. The team made extra efforts to accommodate our dog’s fear of the vet and dealt with her gently and patiently. Special thanks to Drs Pesek and Maijer -

Dr. Reinhart was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and caring for my pup! Her assistants were just as amazing as her also! The lady working the front desk was also amazing! I was so worried about trying a new vet but they made me feel like I was at home. Will be back and will tell people to go there! Thanks for everything!

This year they did not contact us (as they did in past years) for our dogs annual teeth cleaning (that we pay the monthly premium rate) when we contacted them they did not honor last years teeth cleaning and are making us use this years. To make it worse the Edina Clinic Manager avoided all telephone calls and in person visits. I would not recommend.
