We've Always really liked the staff and location of the Delano vet. It can be pretty difficult to grab an appt unless you call really a.m as they keep some time open for people just in case. They really love & care for animals. Can't be happier with them...

My Bootsie was extremity ill when I took him to see Delano Veterinarian from a possible poisoning in our house After running every test The Dr Prior contacted the poison company and discovered what to do for him, Miss Kitty and our family. Dr prior saved our family and our cats by getting us out of our house and the toxic situation. Thank you Delano Veterinarian Staff and Dr Prior for being an extraordinary Veterinarian Service. I would highly recommend this place if business to anyone looking to take their pet in for veterinary service.

Sad to say since the office was upgraded and staff has changed, we have felt treated not in a respectful way. Staff have disappointed us although care is top notch. Customer service is lacking now which is a shame.
