How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Vetco Vaccination Clinic
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Recently went here and the vets and assistants was very impersonal and gave off very much they didn’t want to be there vibes. Misspoke a lot and give the wrong instructions multiple times. Asked the vet a few questions about the package we were getting and she didn’t know the answers. When I got my visit summary there were things on there stating she did a wellness exam, etc and she did not. This location is terrible compared to the other I’ve been too.

I was very nervous about my dog getting aggressive with the tech since we haven't really done a lot of shots before and he's more on the stranger danger side. But the tech was very calm, slow and did an amazing job with my dog. Held him gently, but firmly and talked nice to him. My dog was very nervous I could see him shaking from across the room and he didn't even growl at him. Didn't get the tech's name, but was very impressed.

Don't work with these people unless you want to be belittled and talked down to like I was not taking my disabled animal here and I dont plan on shopping at the petco stores anymore either because they are super rude I already told my neighbors to join me at Banfield where you and your animal will be respected for just $8 more because all I wanted was to get my cat microchipped for the online price of $32 no hidden fees they were trying to charge me

Do not use for medications. They will not give it to you in full and rip you off on costs and refunds. You'll have to pay more out of pocket to get the full amount you need. They will short you on the meds. They will not own up to the issue and make it right.
