Dr. Smith was very professional and informative. He took the time to explain my dog’s conditions and provided a plan of action to restore my dog’s health. Best of all, my dog is very apprehensive about vets but Dr Smith was able to quickly establish a relationship. The office was clean and neutral in odor. Our exam room was cleaned immediately after we left (very reassuring). The staff were very professional, attentive and friendly. I felt that they truly enjoyed their work and didn’t view me and my dog as just another customer. I look forward to future visits. I feel that they understood my situation and I felt comfortable with the decision made.

Been thru alot of veterinary services over past 40 yrs. This is the best place I've been to for my best friends.a recent experience left an everlasting impression on me because not only are they good at what they do, they were kind in my most darkest hour losing my crown jewel THOR. I will never forget it and I highly recommend their services. They truly are the best

West Branch Vet is the best. They take great care of my critters and always go the extra mile to ensure they have the best care possible and it’s always done with professionalism and great compassion. I would not take my critters anywhere else.
