I literally can't say enough about this place! Each person I met within the 24 hours I was here (on and off) or spoke to on the phone had so much compassion for animals! They saved my white huskies life! I can't thank them enough! I literally drove 2 hours to get here because all vets around me were booked for emergency appointments! It was well worth the drive!! Thank you to the whole staff for just being you! Changing animals lives one day at a time!

Arenac-Bay has done an amazing job caring for my English Springer (Mason) since he was a puppy. Unfortunately, we had to put him down today. The staff and Dr were absolutely fantastic during the whole process. They were not only very professional but very compassionate.

Went with my daughter to have her dog put to sleep and it was one of the most horrible experiences of my life. They do not sedate the animal before they euthanize them unless, you ask for it!? Never have I had an animal put to sleep and them never being sedated. It's actually protocol at almost every vet that I called afterwards. The dog was completely coherent, and the vet (Ron Schwab) started euthanizing her. As soon as he started the injection, the dog started whimpering so he stopped half way through, then the dog just fell over, then he finished the injection with her whimpering again til seconds later the dog had passed. Don't you take your dog to the vet to be euthanized in a HUMANE way? So it can leave you in a PEACEFUL way?? I do not recommended them to anyone. And I will never take another animal there.

I have loved finding Arenac Vet since moving to the area. I've had a couple emergencies and a few routine items and they have all been handled quickly and affordably. I don't get to go in so I'm not sure who's working on my pets but I've had good results each time. Also had a farm call that went better than expected for a sad situation thanks to the vet that showed up.

Asked to get appointment started got told this was a non emergency vet then I asked to make a appointment then got told they are not taking more people I don’t I’d er stand but very unprofessional
