I cannot say enough good things about this office! They are by far the best vet we have ever been to. When we first moved here we started going to a different vet in the area that was closer to home, but decided to switch because they didn’t listen to you and always tried talking you into things you didn’t want. So glad we found this place. They are always able to get any of my pets in for unexpected appointments and they care about your animals just as much as you do. Dr. Mike is amazing and always listens to your concerns and gives you multiple options for what to do.

I really love this office, the staff, techs, and doctors! Dr.s Ed and Mike are always attentive, ready to listen, and they take the time to explain anything I ask about. Everyone is polite, professional, compassionate, and personable. Scheduling tends to be quick and always easy. I've never had to wait more than a week or two for an unexpected non-emergency appointment, even during their busier times of the year. I've been bringing my wee pup here since I got him 10 years ago and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. When I moved to Kalamazoo, I made sure to keep Doctors Ed and Mike as my dogs' vets. Well worth the drive.

Everyone is so helpful and when I have an emergency they get me in the same day. Very clean and no animal smell. I am very satisfied with everyone there.
