Be aware! This place is not interested about your pet well-being. They immediately wanted to sell us their insurance plan. If you make an appointment, you’ll have to wait at least an hour. They took our dog away without explaining anything. She was there just for a routine exam. They are not willing to do routine exam in front of the owners. We walked out and will never go back.

I brought my 2 cats to this Banfield location yesterday and I am very impressed! The lobby is clean and inviting. The staff were all very friendly to me and caring toward my pets. They were knowledgeable and helpful in discussing medication and steps I could take to help resolve the issue my cats are having. The doctor was very thorough and explained the conditions, medication and details of the issue very concisely. Today they followed up to see how my cats were doing since yesterday's visit. I was not expecting that but it made me happy to know they would take the time to do that. It made an impression on me! I will absolutely be going back to this veterinary clinic for all of my cat's medical needs. Thank you for a great experience!

Thank you so much for such good care for Lucy Lu She had 2 skin tags removed and had her teeth cleaned and vaccines were given She did really good for a little 7 lb pup! Dr. Jill called us to let us know what the cost was going to be before anything was done and kept us informed on how she was doing Thank you again for caring and putting our minds at ease as we waited to pick her up!

They are the best vet I’ve ever experienced. So careful my dog is always excited to go they are kind and gentle and they always check up on you after appointments. Highly recommend!

Very thorough service and care. I appreciate the small touches and effort the staff put into every patient and their fur-parents. Vega never fails to put a smile on your face whether it's on a call or when you walk in. Dr. Jill is very thorough and detailed when it comes to pet consultation and care. So far no negative experiences. It has been our regular vet of choice for our fur-baby!
