They squeezed us in same day when my dog got sick on our trip up north. Of course he had to get sick right before a holiday 🥴😆 Very kind staff! We got meds and I honestly thought it was going to be a $600 visit but it was only ~$200. Pleasant surprise👍 The only difficult thing was my dog is severely dog reactive. They let us come in the back door which was great! But the door of the room that we were in didn't shut fully and he could still hear and see dogs. Finn 🐾 and I thank you all and sorry he was such a nutcase in your nice clinic!

We were traveling through Michigan, when our cat became ill. We were an hour outside of Traverse City, northbound. I called at least 12 vet clinics and offices trying to have someone look at our cat. Pickford Veterinary Hospital was the only place that would see our sick boy. Everyone else was not accepting new patients. Pickford saw our cat, and took excellent care of him. They are a wonderful Veterinary Hospital with amazing staff. Thank you.

I just moved to the area and needed flea and tick meds immediately...they were gracious and helpful and I got the meds my girls needed layer the same day. Thanks!!

Dr Groover is the best vet around. He explains everything in detail and makes sure that you understand what he’s saying. His office staff is amazing. They answer any questions I have and if needed they consult with Dr Groover so they have an accurate answer.
