We’ve been searching for a new office for our Lola. We’ve been with the same office for our three pups for 16 years, but have been feeling like we needed a change for the past 3. We finally made the move to Jelsema’s and are SO glad we did! After losing our 2 older pups in 2021, we’ve been fumbling. The staff at Jelsema’s was amazing and won our nervous girl over before we left the first visit. Twice the distance from our home, but we’re SO pleased that we’ve made the move! Our baby girl’s comfort is the most important thing to us, and we’re confident that it is within this office too.

My family was faced with a very difficult decision to put our dog to rest after a tough fight with cancer and other factors I have to say, Dr. Jelsema is the kindest, most compassionate, soft spoken veterinarian I have ever had the privilege of meeting. We weren’t pressured into a decision or rushed in any way, the staff allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. The procedure didn’t take place on a table but rather a blanket where we were able to hold our Gigi and comfort her as she went into a sleep. Dr. Jelsema looked for our blessing before proceeding to the final step. Dr. Jelsema thank you for making this experience as positive as possible and being so kind. We will definitely utilize this clinic for our future pet needs.

My parents always brought our family dogs to Jelsema - so when I got a dog of my own I knew Jelsema Vet Clinic was where I wanted to go. They are so kind, professional and really love on my dog! They are super helpful and are always able to answer any questions I have via phone or email!! If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would! My dog actually enjoys going to the vet 😊

Jelsema Vet is full of wonderful people. I have very skittish cats and they are always so gentle and understanding with them. I am so excited they are expanding.
