I am from 4.5 hours away. My dog slipped a disc in her back on a Friday morning. All the vets in the area wouldn't see her because she wasn't a client of theirs. Keep in mind she was partially paralyzed in her back half. Northland got me in right away, no questions asked, and didn't charge me an emergency or nonclient fee. This is the best place I have ever taken her to. 2 days later, I got a call from the vet who took care of her. He wanted to see how she was doing and make sure I didn't have any other questions. Then he sent a refill of her prescription just in case she was still in pain after her 7 day supply was out. I can't say thank you enough for everything they did for us!

The service my pet received was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. Then there is Karen, she definitely is not part of this 5 star rating. She gives true meaning to the term "KAREN". And she is the so called office manager. People skills Karen, people skills. She definitely lacks them.

I love the people here — especially the vet techs. I’ve been here with healthy animals and animals at the end of their lives and have always been treated with great kindness.

My family and I were camping when our Dog had gotten sick and needed emergency care. We were not regular clients we were hours from home. Dr. Brandon and staff were welcoming, kind, and handled our situation with care and respect. I would recommend this clinic to absolutely anyone. Thank you so much again for coming in on your day off to take care of Bentley. My family appreciates all of you so much!

The office and exam room were clean, the technician and Doctor very friendly and efficient. Appointment and billing process was given on time and I was in and out of there quickly
