Highly recommend ASCM and Dr. Bander! The staff and Dr. Bander were above and beyond amazing! 10 stars! ⭐️ Our little Yorkie Mia, needed FHO surgery on her right hip just six weeks after having her left hip done at another well known Specialty Vet! They fit us into Dr. Bander’s busy schedule after a nightmare consultation at the previous facility! Having experienced both Veterinarian Surgery Centers, the difference in the compassion, cost, and overall experience was unmatched. When we came to pick her up she was so calm in the techs arms. She was clean and pain was under control. She slept the whole way home. When we picked her up from the other facility she was shaking uncontrollably and so scared, she was trying to jump out of the techs arms to get to me. She was covered in poop and her cone was caked with food. I thought this was normal but after seeing how she was after her sx with Dr. Bander, I know this wasn’t right. It is just 5 days post sx and she is already walking around and wants to play. We cannot thank you again Dr. Bander and everyone at ASCM. My Wife and I are very grateful and blessed to have received Mia’s surgery at your surgical center!

I was recommended to this place by family and I couldn’t be more impressed. Dr. Dan did the procedure on my dogs broken leg. The care for the animals there definitely seems top notch and the communication afterwards is super comforting knowing the Dr’s. there show that they care. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to others in the future if it’s needed!

I am so grateful I did my research and found the best surgeon for my dog. She's very young but has elbow dysplasia. Dr. Bander really knew the best approach and she's doing better than ever! It was worth every penny (5k) . Any surgical needs I trust this clinic and Dr!!

Extremely happy that I chose to have my dog’s bilateral luxating patella surgery at ASC back in January. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors, were so kind and helpful. Dr. Bander took his time explaining my dog’s condition, what happens during surgery, the pros and cons, etc. and also gave me time to ask questions. I never felt rushed during the initial consult and during surgical discharge, in which the technician was so thorough as we went through recovery instructions together. 4 months post surgery and my dog is getting around amazingly! You would never know she had luxating patellas to begin with. Pippa thanks everyone at ASC for their excellent care!

Hands down the best facility ever. We have nothing but positive with this place. They are always so pleasant even if you call 3 times within the hour with questions. Belle isn't a fan of vets but for some reason she actually walks in the door without being forced versus when we walk into to her primary vet. They are absolutely on top of everything and you can tell they truly care. I highly recommend these guys! Also this place is unbelievably so clean. Thank you Animal Surgical Center of Michigan, you guys are amazing!
