My dog waited for 3 hours for a simple bath and nail trim. I had her there at 9am, they hadn't started to bath her till noon. Unexceptable.

Total schysters these days, used to go here and get a good price. Last time I went I had 2 "vets" come in for my yearly check-up on my dog. They made a big show of running in and out of the office after making me wait for an hour with an appointment, being intentionally vague on what they were doing. Then they were done after another hour, gave me my bill and I had an additional $300 of BS charges for tests and meds I did not ask for and was not told about. I've heard of about a dozen different people tell me the same thing about this place, and I recommend everyone go anywhere else but here, if you have an account here, close it and go somewhere else. Go to Paws and Claws in Angola instead, they don't take their customers behind the building to screw them.

After being denied services from.Dr Fischers I took my baby to Care center. They were understanding, and willing to treat Athena right away. Awesome bedside manner..understood why I was freaking out. Did a good job saving her ear and were caring. When I picked her up she was so happy to see me and feeling so much better ♡

Staff was very friendly. Office needs some updating. Veterinarian seemed very knowledgeable, and my dog liked him. Going back soon to have a procedure done.
