We just moved to the area, with 2 healthy dogs, a beagle and a Lab. We intended to establish with this practice in the spring, when they were do for shots... Our beagle became very ill on a Friday AM. He had a piece of bully stick that gave him severe gastritis. I called the clinic, and although completely booked, they were able to work us in. Blaze received excellent care. all the staff, Doc, and the clinic staff were amazing even though they are obviously working very very hard. I really appreciate the attention and care given. Blaze healed up nicely. This small clinic was able to perform all necessary testing and labwork as well. We will be back in the spring and hopefully will not need emergency care ever again!. For those complaining about the lack of emergency vet services in the area ( this is a very real issue!), this happens downstate as well. We moved here from a moderate sized town on the west side of the State, with many vet offices. However, none provided emergency care at all! the closest Animal ER was 1.5 hours away. Really appreciate this vet clinic. They are doing a great job with a small crew.

We cannot say enough great things about this place. We are so thankful to have such caring and loving staff located so close to us. They go above and beyond to make sure our pets are properly cared for. We don’t know what we would do without them.

Dr. Griffin is great, she has always treated my dogs well and on a very busy day at the clinic, made time to treat my puppy for an unplanned visit even though it was close to the end of the day. Dr. Sturmer does an excellent job as well, he has done beautiful dental cleanings on my senior dog.

What an excellent group of people. Wouldn't trust my pets' health with anyone else! Make sure you schedule early with a standard appointment because they are very busy, but if you have an emergency they get your pet in asap, and the care is top notch.
