I was very happy with my first visit to your clinic. It started with the attentive, efficient, & friendly front desk staff. Then the tech was so welcoming, accommodating & pleasant (I feel awful that I don't remember her name - especially with her having such a memorable & helpful personality). I was also extremely pleased with Dr. Stone. She was knowledgeable, willing to take the time to answer my questions, gave me a multitude of hints for successful puppy rearing, & most importantly was patient, thorough, & gentle with my new pup, Checkers. I am so glad I decided to try your clinic. It was definitely a good decision. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful first experience.

My family has given this money pit thousands apon thousands of dollars. I live 4 hours away and when my dog had to be put down they refused to wait for me. I would of made it by 5:30 (30 minutes past close). But Dr. Brandy refused. When I said "but i have to be there" she goes "well you can't". Very heartless as a vet to say that to a individual who us losing their best friend. Dr Brandy is so lucky my family is forgiving. I have lost track of how many times she has written the wrong script or mixed up our animals. She does not care for the animals she sees and it shows.Unfortunately this isn't the only bad review about her. It seems the ownership sweeps it under the rug. Having Dr.Brandy on staff here is a risk. If your looking for a vet sunrise is not the place to go.

Everyone is so good to Charlie here! A happy boy that loves coming to the Vet! He is healthy, all updated with shots, prepared for the ticks, and a fresh pedicure. We’re very accommodating to our needs. We were on vacation and one of our older dogs got very sick and had to be euthanized. They were able to fit us in within an hour after calling. After exam by doctor it appeared that her cancer had spread and she was in a lot of pain. Staff was very caring and compassionate to our needs and situation.

We are new to the area and we needed a new veterinarian. After reading reviews I made an appointment with Sunrise and it's been wonderful! All of the staff were wonderful with our two Boston Terriers. Nobody was pushy and the building is clean and the staff so friendly and informative. My doggies have a new doctor!
