Dr Erin Ricco helped my rabbit and gave her antibiotics. The doctor was very knowledgeable professional and I was very comfortable. They said they would follow up with a call to see how my rabbit is going but I'm sure my rabbit will be doing fine. I would highly recommend this place

I called early in the morning and got a 3pm appointment. I was early but they saw me anyway. The vet tech was very kind and thorough. The vet was also. She explained everything and gave me good logical care options, the cost was less than I expected, I wii brig my pets back. Very happy with my experience here ☺😊🤗🙌😀😄

All of the doctors at the Lake Michigan Animal Hospital are top notch! They have seen my cat, Gus, ever since I adopted him. Gus had a urethral obstruction a few years ago. I was properly educated on all my opinions about Gus' condition to make the best decision for his health. I chose to board him for several days, so he could be monitored on an IV antibiotic drip. Their team sent me daily updates with pictures of my cat to put my mind at ease. Since then, Gus has been on a prescribed medicated dry food that is sold here. He has not had any issues since. This clinic is made up of an outstanding team that I hold in my highest regards.

Have been taking my dogs here for five years now. Wonderful vets and the rest of the staff is amazing too. They explain everything in detail, give you prices before they run tests so you know what you're looking at bill wise, and always call the next day after dentals or other procedures to check on my dogs. Can't recommend enough. I love this place.
