I cannot express my gratitude enough for this facility! They were there for us during our Emergency situation with our fur baby. They were able to start an IV, provide pain management, oxygen, incubator for heat, x-rays, and monitoring overnight. We were an absolute wreck when we were there, and they treated us with kindness and compassion. The veterinarian took time to explain everything in detail and I was explained the charges as they came. One of the techs even sent me pictures to update me! It was a long hard road but I’m happy to say that he has made a full recovery! Thank you!!!

Came in on a Friday early afternoon after my boy Emile got hit by a car. The x rays showed that he was hit so hard that his heart was in a different spot than he should be, his lungs were damaged and bruised, internal bleeding, …the works. A lot of damage was done and his chances of coming out were not the best but we decided to go ahead w every treatment we could. I felt immediately that Emile was in the right hands. My partner and I felt heard and like they held a lot of compassion for us and Emile. From Dr Brown & Dr Deck to the assistants, I think, Rosie and Jenae, the kindness, professionalism, KNOWLEDGE, and dedication to their clients was felt. We knew we had Emile at the right place. We got phone call updates around the clock and as the weekend wrapped up, he was healing up like the little magical boy he is except that it was the care these folks put in not magic. So many many many many thanks to this team. …be expecting a silly Xmas card from us.

place was fast. unfortunately we had to put our dog down, the staff was very respectful and kind. gave us all the time we needed with our sweet girl before her time to go. the price wasn’t bad either it was about $590 for checkup and cremation with ashes included.

The secretary was very respectfull amd polite. But i took my dog in for a broken nail barely hanging on they gave me medicine to sedate her at home and told me to call a vet and make an appointment and take her to them. Suppost to be for emergency services but couldnt fix her broken nail/ quick. Left there took her to another vet and they took care of it immediately and couldnt believe a vet would send her out with out doing anything

My mom took her dog here after being ill a few days. Found that she had cancer and nothing could be done. AVE gave us as much time as we wanted with her until we were ready to let her go. It was difficult, but the staff was wonderful and the facility was very clean.
