Update 10/8/24: Communication challenges were a problem but the office showers their professionalism and dedicated to good pet care with working through this. I feel like my pets are getting good attention, good care, and am confident in saying that the staff truly cares and wants to work with everyone! I am really pleased with Dr. Lam's attention to detail and thoroughness of care. I highly recommend Dr. Lam for any pet, we have had nothing but strong support and good explanations of care in the best interest of pet care.

We have been with Ada HFA for about 8 years and have been super pleased. Dr. Lam and Dr. Juergenson have been wonderful with all of our pets. They are so patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond for our babies and we so appreciate it! I could not be more happy with Ada.

Great experience bringing my dog Gia in for check up. Staff is excellent and super nice! The Dr. Lam and her tech Bridget are so sweet and were great with Gia!

I can't say enough positive things about the entire team at Ada Hospital for Animals. They provide a very personalized, caring and tailored experience no matter how many pets you have. It's very well managed and their quality of medicine holds very high standards which is important to me.
