The vets here are absolutely amazing! Our dog had an emergent issue come up and they squeezed us in immediately on short notice. The vet techs were very attentive and Dr. Ferrell was so thorough, detailed and caring and she came up with a great plan. I was so impressed with her workup of my baby’s issue and I am happy to say she is now feeling much better after getting care here. I feel so lucky that we have found such a great vet practice in Cumberland. It is very evident that the vet staff here love their work and genuinely care about their patients ❤️

We travel an hour to take our furry babies here. We see Dr. Copp for our golden retriever and two Maine Coons and she is amazing with all of them! It is worth the long drive to get the incredible care we receive for them. They are always able to get us in when needed, explain things throughly and truly care about your pets like they are their own. Highly recommend!

Best vet, best people. We came here to follow our favorite Laura who had seen my dog Sam for over a decade. We’ve never felt more at home at a vet - their love for our dogs knows no limit, they have seen us for routine visits, emergencies and when we had to say goodbye to two senior dogs. Westside is professional and kind and we feel thankful to have our dogs go here. They make them feel comfortable!

Dr. Copp, Dr. Farrell and the whole staff have been wonderful! This past year our pets have experienced some acute and life ending medical conditions. When we had to put our beloved golden down due to cancer, the staff was very empathetic and supportive! I am always very impressed when I get follow up calls to check in on how the dogs are doing after being seen for whatever issues. I highly recommend this veterinary practice! I believe they truly care about their patients and we aren't just another random customer.
