Friendly staff, take budgets into account, awesome with shy cats, to me it feels like their job is their passion so they don’t skip a beat when handling customers and pets. They really treat the animals like they were their own. As a first timer to vets i really appreciated their patients and answering all my questions. I’m glad I chose to call Taylor Brook for my first vet!

The staff was very caring & friendly. Dr. Lane was knowledgeable, compassionate & listened to my concerns. My cat was not adjusting well to a renal diet & Dr. Lane gave me additional avenues to pursue. She was prompt in referrals & follow up. I highly recommend this practice.

We have been seeing Dr. Sanders for over a decade, and she is the best of the best. Thorough, caring, and patient, she always takes the time to fully discuss the health of my pets and outline treatments when necessary. The staff at Taylor Brook are top notch, as well; they make everything so easy and are so helpful and friendly. In the past couple of years they have started offering the Vaccines For Life program, which is a huge savings for us with multiple animals in their care. It's obvious that everyone there truly loves animals and they are always treated like family.

Updating my review. This place is great! Lucas loves it he is always excited to go and see everyone :) very knowledgeable and nice staff. I like that you can order medication online. So glad this was the place accepting clients when I needed a vet!
