Today I go to make an appointment for my beagle pup Marbella. The doctor there, Dr. Hendrix she is a wonderful veterinarian. Sadly I will not be returning because when I go to make an appointment today I was told that I owe $65?! Excuse me! Why do I owe $65 I say to the woman on the other end. She says to me that I have three no call no-shows??? OK I am so confused at this point because I said to her when I had my last appointment I did not make any appointment because my schedule is very up-and-down and sometimes I have to change things around so I will not make an appointment set an appointment date because I know that I may have to change it ! So I said to her there’s no way I’m paying $65. I’m sorry I’m not doing it then she says well that’s fine but we’re gonna have to put $65 towards the vet visit and towards the bill. I said to her no that’s not gonna happen you’re still having me pay for $65 which is not true at all that I have made a no call no-show , I’m not doing that I’m not that’s the same thing you just said to me. So I had to just basically tell her so I’m not gonna be going around and around and around and around with this situation. Tell her you know what forget about it I’m just gonna have to go somewhere else , she says well that’s fine. That’s fine! You would think that being a client for feather tales and scales. They would want you to keep coming back and try to help you to stay as a client instead of just letting you go that easily am I right? Anyways Yeah I am just gonna have to go somewheres else but I’m very upset about this and I think it’s just totally unfair because I did not make an appointment the last time because like I said, I know my schedule and it would not be very to make an appointment, which I know I may have to change. I love the veterinarian there she was great. She was very knowledgeable. She answered my questions unlike the other veterinarian that’s there who just seemed like she really got huffy and puffy when I would ask another question like she had to be somewheres else and she wanted to get out of that room as soon as possible I forget her name oh well doesn’t matter anyways , I’m sad about this. I’m very upset that this chick tried to get me to pay for $65. I’m sorry honey that was horrible. You know you should’ve never even told me you should’ve just said OK and then when I got there and then, if I would’ve seen the bill and was paying attention that yeah we would’ve had a bigger problem so maybe she was smart about saying it over the phone. Anyways feather tales and scales when someone says that they did not make an appointment OK you don’t tax on money that’s just not fair and that’s not right at all !!

We had a great experience with Dr Rothschild (I think was his name) he took care of our Fanta (our gecko) quickly and knew right away what was going on.

The staff is always wonderful with our Rottweilers. Cooper attacked our riding mower's tires and had a canine tooth hanging and chipped another one. Both were extracted under anesthesia. He's on the mend!

I had to make the difficult decision to euthanize my bunny. I had called 3 other vet hospitals to no avail. When I called here, they were kind, understanding, and offered me an appt about an hour after our call. The gals at the front desk were great. Compassionate, caring, and funny! They made a very tough day a little bit easier. And if Morgan Wallen ever sees this, your wife is waiting for you!

We took our African Grey Parrot in for a checkup and nail clip. The staff was friendly, and the avian vet did a thorough exam. Everyone seemed caring of our pets needs. We highly recommend this vet.
