I am so incredibly grateful for their thorough and compassionate care of our dog, Kuma. He was old but a trooper- walking miles every day and never getting sick. When he suddenly became sluggish, it was so out of character that we made an appt. He hadn't been to a vet since he was a puppy (LUCKY dog), and never to VCA. It turned out Kuma was RIDDLED with tumors (the doctor brought in an ultrasound machine so we could see everything, I was shocked!). She presented us with all of the facts, explained all of the options thoroughly, and weighed the benefits and risks of each. Ultimately, we felt that to force him to live his final days enduring countless surgeries and treatments, with no guarantee of improvement, was far more inhumane than having them put him to sleep. It was a heart-wrenching decision. The doctor and staff at VCA Animal Hospital couldn't have been more empathetic, patient, and kind. They brought him special treats, and we held him the whole time. RIP, sweet boy, and THANK YOU to everyone at VCA.

Not sure how they can even feel good about themselves charging the prices they do. Needed my dogs ears checked/ cleaned, nails trim and she needed 2 booster vaccines and they wanted us to do the the flu vaccine and were trying to charge us $520. I mean that’s just insane. Wanted $50 just for the nail trim. Needless to say when they told us what the total would be we walked out before they started any work. Will not be taking my dog back to them

This vet was nice and the place was clean but the prices they charge are the most I've ever come across. They charge $105 for an exam per pet. My other vet charges $55 and gives a multi-pet discount if you bring them in at the same time. $750 for 3 standard vaccines, 2 exams and senior bloodwork. I hope you don't like your arms or your legs cause you'll be paying with all 4.

It was a very long wait, but the Vet did a really good job at explaining the care needs for our exotic pet. We had inadvertently been doing some things wrong and the vet was not too judgemental and was very patient in helping us really understand our pet's needs.

Absolutely the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They are amazing with animals so kind and friendly. My whole family goes to them. Highly recommend them The only downside is I have exotic pets - Ferrets, Rabbits and The Telegraph Road site no longer has an Exoctic Vet there. But there sister office does.
