I love Dr. Kidney and staff. They really care for our beloved pets. They were caring when treating my difficult dog and wonderful in treating my adopted dog. I've used their services for over 14 years and will continue. Great people

Very long wait time for simple vaccines. Waiting 5 minutes to check in over the phone (as they instructed), they never answered. Went inside to check in and stayed while my sister and dog waited outside in the heat. Stayed to wait to make sure my dog was seen per her appointment time. Stepped outside for 5 minutes to check on them and 3 dogs were taken to the back before me (even though they arrived after).staff was not helpful at all. Better service at petsmart, and that is saying a lot .

I was a little anxious about the visit since I knew I couldn't come in with my 1y/o cat. It was her first time at the vet, and I didn't get any complains so hopefully it's because she did good. Overall the visit was great. You call to the office for them to come out and pick up your baby, they explain the whole process (the techs). I also got a called from the vet himself who explained everything he was recommending for my Belle. Definitively coming back for her future medical needs.

Went for a first checkup with my 4 month old puppy. Everyone was really nice and it was fast. Couldn't go inside to see the facility or meet the vet which caused me some stress but later I learned that a lot of places are like that. 4 stars since I couldn't see facility. On the phone the vet was nice and patient so will go back for more services!
