North Paw was absolutely incredible! They got our cat in quickly when she was sick and were able to help up get her feeling better right away! They took us back within minutes of arriving and were super compassionate and made my cat feels safe and comfortable the entire time. We had a great experience overall and I couldn’t recommend them more! Matty was our vet assistant and he absolutely wonderful! He took every step to ensure my cat felt calm and comfortable with him and made us feel great about the care that was gunna be given to her. Hands down greatest vet within a 100 mile radius for sure!!

All the receptionists really SUCK. The only reason I come out here is because my dog feels way better getting seen by the vets here that by the vet at our other place. Once you get passed the grumpy/moody/ not understanding receptionists you’re great. The vets are truly amazing. Especially Dr. Mumma, can’t recommend her enough but I do have to tell people the receptionists are awful and that once the interaction is done you’re fine. I go through a headache and emotional abuse every single time I need an urgent visit and have to explain why I need my dog seen. Here and there they’re sweet but I really think it depends how they’re feeling that morning. I truly feel they need to hire better receptionists and not have those people they have sitting out front mean mugging people that go in. Or maybe they just treat me like that cause I’m not white I’ll never know.

We absolutely LOVE everyone at NorthPaws who has taken such great care of our fur babies, who constantly go above and beyond. The cost of care is much more affordable than others we've gone to in the past. Their kind-hearted professionalism makes us feel heard, respected and cared for every time we interact with them rather it's scheduling checkups or coming in for emergent consults. My bunny Butters has come here for awhile and he’s always been given the best care. We’ve been taken seriously and treated with medication that always ended up helping him feel better. Unfortunately at an old age, I had to put him to rest recently and Dr Burkhart treated him with kindness and respect throughout our whole process. If you want the best for your bunny, this is the best place in PA/MD that I’ve experienced.
