I brought both my kittens into get their shots and the spay and neutered. The doctors did an excellent job. My fur babies healed up very quickly. Plus they have a wellness package that is totally affordable. I definitely recommend this pet hospital to anyone. The receptionist are amazing and so very very sweet. I'm so glad I choose this place to trust with my babies.

The receptionists and techs were awesome. The actual vet, however, barely said two words to me, had no time to answer my questions or explain anything. Also, what should have been a quick check ended up taking an hour and a half. Mostly me sitting in the exam room by myself. Not the kind of vet experience I’m used to, don’t think I’ll be going back.

After being told the soonest my home Banfield could see my dog, was in a week and the Gaithersburg Banfield was booked until the end of the month, The Germantown Banfield recognized immediately my dog had an emergency and got her right in. Dr. Miller and Dr. Kim were right on top of the situation, and performed life saving surgery the same day. What a wonderful experience ❤
