How to Save on Veterinary Costs at North East Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Dr. Muse and her assistant were awesome. I took my Henry in as a new patient, they listened to everything I had to say, and came up with a treatment plan for him that I was comfortable with. They were also very gentle with him and thorough with the exam and instructions they gave me for the start of his treatment. I’m glad I took my boy here. Thank you so much. Picture of my sweet boy attached just because!

North East Animal Hospital was great with my dog. They were able to squeeze me in last minute and were able to answer all of my questions. The staff was very helpful and welcoming as a first timer there. The vet was professional and caring towards my pup and made us feel very comfortable. The place itself was very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you all for everything.

We recently had to put our family dog down and decided to go back to North East Animal Hopistal for the second time. They were once again amazing. Everyone was so accommodating to us and really were compassionate with us during that difficult time. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this company for all your animal needs.

We very much appreciate the fast attention from the staff to look at our photos of the problem & allowing Leo to be seen sooner; I am also grateful for the extra time Trish spent explaining the finding to my wife by phone. He's on the mend now! We know our boys are in professional & caring hands with you all.

Updated to reflect company’s comment: It’s not surprising that you have poor record keeping abilities. I see this has become your common excuse for honest reviews of your terrible service. My experience was with North East Animal Hospital and it was terrible. The review stands and I’d take one star off for the rude reply if I could. Take responsibility for your failures instead of lying about them openly. Extremely rude and uncaring staff. Some fat mean old lady masquerading as a nurse kicked my dog while we were there to have her euthanized. They should have euthanized that old lady and done humanity a favor instead. Avoid at all costs. Terrible place filled with terrible people
