After being discharged by another local Vet my neighbor called me to come see his dog. She was seriously ill so I called North Branch who had her come in quickly. She had pyometra and was septic - a life threatening condition that the first Vet hospital missed. Dr. Getz gently and in a very caring way explained the options to my neighbor. There was no guarantee that she would survive surgery or post surgery, but my neighbor wanted to give her a chance. She survived the surgery and was there for days. They called him 2 times a day to let him know how she was doing. Today she came home! The care of her and her person was above and beyond anything I have ever seen. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

My name is Kim Pannone. Recently I spoke with one of the young ladies in the office. I was rude. It was uncalled for. I humbly apologize. There were many reasons why I was short tempered that day. Non of which was this young persons fault. Again, my apologies . This practice took such wonderful care of my dog Lincoln. I loved him.i am thankful for them. Your kindness towards him will always be remembered.

We had our elder cat put down a month ago and they took such good care of her. They gave us paw prints and some of her fur and the sweetest card. Nicest staff ever, really helped keep her memory! Thank you guys so much. ❤️
