Hands down the best experience at a vet I’ve ever had! From the first phone call to walking in the door. Friendliness, true compassion and over all excellent care for my sick dog. I have transferred from another vets office that was not very nice, or could ever see my dog only for well visit. The vet, front desk Linda and vet assistant all 5 stars!!

I found the staff to be very friendly. The vet tech I had was personable and knowledgeable. I liked her a lot. However, I wouldn't recommend seeing the veterinarian who is there on Wednesday, Dr. Sprong. She seems kind, but definitely has a hearing impairment that affects her ability to communicate with clients. She couldn't hear me and I'm not a soft spoken person. The tech had to speak up and relay my questions to her. I also wondered if she can't hear me, can she hear my pets heart? As I new pet owner I want an easy flow of conversation so that I can feel free to ask questions. I'm sure, 100% that she is a great woman with lots of experience, but a barrier to communation was a challenge for me during our visit.

We just completed our initial dog training session at the Terrapin K9 Academy. We were very happy with all the recommendations and plan to get our 4-legged family members just a little more well behaved! We're excited for our next appointment to show all of our progress. Would recommend to anyone looking for some canine assistance.

Dr. Lerner and staff are the best! Careful listening to my concerns and a thoughtful discussion of all treatment options. Plus my dog, Bernie adores them all!
