Banfield Pet Hospital was amazing. We have had some bad experiences with previous vets with my dog so we are very nervous about seeing them, but Alicia, Michael and Dr.McLaughlin were so amazing and kind. They understood our reservations, that we were on a tight budget, and were informative about everything they were doing. They gave us all the information they could about what we needed. They saw my dog for a recurring ear infection. We also spoke to them about my dogs severe allergy symptoms she’s been showing this season. They walked us through the medicine for the ear infection and recommended cytopoint injections for her allergies. We ended up getting the injection, medicine for my dogs ear infection, and a nail trim for her long nails. My dog is also reactive so I know she is not the best patient to have, but they were so sweet to her and did not make me feel guilty for having a reactive dog. Since the treatment my dog has been happier and more lively. She is initiating play more and isn’t scared to hurt herself because of the ear infection anymore. I cannot put into words how happy that makes me. I went to them because they had an available appointment but I will definitely be going back to see them again!

I was very pleased with my visit. I called this morning and the amazing staff was able to fit Nadia in on the same day since she was having seizures (new to her and to us). Not only that Nadia was able to be seen but she was well taken care off. We got her meds, a pedi, and lots of love. Dr.Aylward explained what she thought was going on with Nadia very professionally and with care, she was very understanding and knowledgeable. Michael showed amazing care and was very gentle with Nadia and Ms. Alicia at the reception was extremely helpful figuring out a glitch in our account and doing everything in a nice and professional manner. I would recommend Banfield Bel Air 100%

I’ve been bringing my pets here for years! all of the staff are great. when we were trying to find a diagnosis for one of my cats, everyone was extremely attentive and caring. they listen to all of my concerns and answer all my questions. you can tell they love your fur babies and want to ensure they’re getting great care!
