How to Save on Veterinary Costs at New England Wildlife Center

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

The tour guide, Jack, was great with the kids and our fairly large group of 30 people. The price was $10 per kid and adults were free which I thought was a little bit of high amount, but the kids really enjoyed the tour and the learning room upstairs was phenomenal.

We had a birthday party here for our 3yo daughter, and absolutely loved this place!! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and also gave us so much space to do our own thing during the party. The party was 2 hours, and they gave the kids time to explore on their own first, then a tour where they got to meet so many awesome animals (owl, parrot, snake, turtles, etc), and then we had the upstairs room to ourselves for the kids to play and explore some more, eat lunch, and have a blast!! There was a huge fort that the kids loved in addition to all of the animals. We will be back to see more animals! This place is a hidden gem!!

Night of 1000 faces , the pumkin carvings were awesome but the actual walk through the woods to see them was frustrating due to the large crowd, we were at a standstill for most of the night. Maybe letting through a few at a time might have helped!?

Went to the event they held for Halloween, Night of 1000 faces. Can only speak on that.. and it was great. So many pumpkins, huge turnout. Inexpensive. Unfortunately did not get to see any animals just because of how busy it was... Will definitely be letting my eyes open for more events..
