Dr. MacNeil is awesome. She is highly skilled, honest, caring, and a total nerd. She loves animals, knows everything, and lives for her profession. I have been seeing her for my animals for years. I trust her to be fair, both to the animal and to me.

Dr McNeill is an amazing veterinarian. Level headed, tells it to you straight and ALWAYS acts in our pups best interest. The entire staff does everything they can and after going through so many other (bad) options, we are so glad we found this one. On top of all that, one of the most reasonably priced vets in the area and they do boarding! Thank you McNeill Veterinary, you have always gone above and beyond even our best expectations.

This is a complaint against my dog’s former veterinarian, Dr. Gail McNeil, for malpractice, negligence, incompetence, and maintaining unsanitary conditions. Dr. McNeil was grossly negligent when I brought my dog Rosie to her clinic. As she allegedly “treated” Rosie, she completely ignored her signs of distress and misdiagnosed her condition - that same night Rosie suffered a seizure. Two days later, my family’s world almost came to a shattering end. Rosie ended up in the hospital due to Dr. McNeil’s lack of compassion and care for our beloved Rosie. We were on the verge of losing our Rosie. We trusted Dr. McNeil and assigned her practice to tend to Rosie’s medical needs, care for her effectively which is the common rule of professional conduct when she received her veterinary license. As it turns out, on Rosie’s last visit to her office, she completely neglected her - did not have Rosie’s health at heart and proceeded to turn her away literally leaving her at the curb in a grave condition. Dr. McNeil’s unsatisfactory care contributed to the events that led up to Rosie ending up in the hospital. We don’t really feel that Dr. McNeil has the ability to care for animals in her clinic. Rosie deserved her empathy, care and the medical attention that she was certified to do. Dr. McNeil does not meet the standard of care of an average veterinarian. My family suffered great emotional distress due to her negligence.
