I brought my French bulldog scrappy in for the “airway special “ And first let me say the price I received fro two other places was more the double the price I received from them for the exact same surgery , both other places wanted to keep him for two days , scrappy was out of there in about 8 hours , the veterinarian called us before the actual surgery to give us an overview and called us after he was done . They clearly did an excellent job with the anesthesia on him because when he got home, he stayed awake all night. He ate food immediately and went to the bathroom regularly did not get sick at all and was clearly not in any pain. And anyone that knows will tell you the anesthesia is the biggest concern for an animal like him and I cannot say anything better about this place and I will never ever use anyone else besides them , all the staff where so helpful especially Amanda who assured me and my wife everything was going to be ok and gave us regular updates on him . Best veterinary experience I’ve ever had

We visited the office with our kitty Bo who wasn’t feeling well and vomiting a lot and not eating or drinking. Everyone in the office was so compassionate and caring. They handled my baby boy so well and even though he wasn’t very happy to be poked with needles it was all for his own good. Because when we got home he started eating and drinking again and his behavior is back to normal! So grateful for all the staff here who were very thorough and explained everything to me step by step. They also gave me options for his care; which was a great way for us to decide what to do going forward. Very grateful for all the care we got for my Bo here!! Thanks a million; you guys are the best!!!

I had a lovely experience. My first time there was today. My vet was booked until the end of June. All other local vets were booked as well. If you have an issue, it is definitely worth it! Great ease of mind having them near my pup and I (I'm from Brimfield). They diagnosed her with two tick born diseases. It's such a relief. I hate not knowing what is going on with my fur friends and not being seen by a vet. All staff were timely and considerate! Xoxoxo

Excellent service, cares about the animals and so pleasant to deal with and sympathetic not like the other Vet in Sturbridge. I would highly recommend them if you need urgent care this is definitely the place to go. When they say they are going to call they do. They tell you what they are going to do and tell you the price for each test and ask’s you if basically afford too.

I can’t even begin to say how grateful i am. My cat passed away and they took such good care of her. Sara I think was the vets name was so caring and kind to us the entire time. The urn and clay paw print came out so beautiful and they even went above and beyond with a cremation certificate and some cute little notes and even grief support pamphlets! Thank you so much for everything you did for her and us!
