Monday was the day for my family that most families fear, we had to put our dog down. He was 18. He’s been slowly declining over the years, but wasn’t in any pain. Had lots of energy. When I woke up Monday morning, he was barely responsive. I called Lloyd’s crying because I knew today was the day I’d have to put him down. I have gone to Lloyd’s with my pets for as long as I can remember. I’m talking decades. I was told that since they haven’t seen my dog in two years to take him somewhere else. Imagine my astonishment. After speaking to the girl for a while in the office, I realized they had no interested in helping me. I ended up taking him to Tufts veterinary clinic in Walpole. They were amazing. They made the worst day bearable. They truly cared, they weren’t faking it. They couldn’t do enough for us. After decades of Lloyds, we will now be using Tufts to service our pets needs. Ever since they were taken over the about two years ago, Lloyds has become a high priced vet that has lost all empathy for the animals. I will be spreading the word to anyone that will listen. For your pets sake, take them somewhere else.

Excellent care of my exgirlfriend's cat. She keeps saying our cat but I keep saying her cat because our denotes that I have responsibility. 😊😅😁 The techs here are very welcoming and they take great care of your pet.

I’ve been taking my corgi here for a few months now for his puppy appointments. Very clean and punctual. Don’t love that you have to call in the morning for urgent/last minute appointments. I have had to go to the dog urgent care next door twice now due to no availability for day of appointments. Got him neutered a few weeks ago and that went well. He healed well and had no complications.

The staff here is very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and understanding with both fur babies and their owners. I find them to be quite honest in regards to testing, and far less pushy about products offered than other vets I've had experience with in the past.
