Tripp suddenly started shaking his head constantly today and I have a very busy schedule so I decided to login and make him an appointment. Our visit was well explained, and we were given options. He was very stressed so they actually put a pheromone diffuser in the room, which helped him immensely. The veterinarian introduced himself as Mike. I wish I knew his last name. The veterinary tech was very kind. I consider the price to be fabulous. I am thrilled to have a place less than 2 miles from my house. It is a beautiful facility with amazing staff. Thank you. I will post the stressed out Dog before he felt the calming results of the pheromone.

I am so happy this urgent care was available for me to bring my cat. He would not have made it through the night. They were very friendly and explained everything carefully.

This was my first time taking my dog here. Getting an appointment was super easy and the waiting was minimal. The technician and vet were outstanding, knowledgeable, kind, and sweet. Totally worth the drive from Northampton for an urgent vet situation.

I cannot say enough good things about the incredible care Mae received at UrgentVet. This is our second time visiting and all staff members are amazing. Going to an urgent care clinic with a pet is always a stressful experience, but Kassidy and Dr. Mathein immediately put us at ease. Kassidy was so kind, gentle, and thorough, and Dr. Mathein provided top-notch medical expertise while taking the time to answer all of my questions. They treated Mae like one of their own. I am so incredibly grateful for this team's compassion, professionalism, and prompt care. Thank you, Kassidy and Dr. Mathein, for helping Mae feel better!
