Today was my pup’s first ever urgent care visit in over six years, and I think I was just as nervous as he was! We came in because his ear was soft and swollen, which turned out to be an aural hematoma. The vet and vet tech were incredibly kind and reassuring — they took the time to explain every step, go over all treatment options and pricing, and patiently answer every question we had. The woman at the front desk was also very friendly and kind. Their attentiveness and compassion really stood out, and we never once felt rushed like you sometimes do at other clinics. Hopefully we won’t need urgent care again anytime soon, but if we do, this is absolutely where we’ll be coming back — and we’ll be recommending them to everyone we know! Overall wonderful experience.

Very friendly staff, put our dog and ourselves at ease. Were able to get us in quickly to diagnose an issue with our dog's eye. We were traveling from out of state on a holiday weekendand they were able to rapidly get our dog's visit records sent back home for our dog's regular vet to be up to date with her diagnosis and treatment as soon as we got home. Night and day from another emergency vet practice where we waited 8 hours and were never seen and finally left to try this practice, instead.

I love this Center. The staff is welcoming, professional and caring. They carefully explain all that needs attention and then reviews all the costs in advance so there's no surprises. And it's so easy to just go online and book a slot to have them see your pet. Can't say enough great things about this Urgent Care group.

Quick, friendly, and reliable. I go just a tad out of my way to visit this particular location with my pup. I initially came here via a recommendation by our primary vet and will keep coming back as needed (hopefully not too often of course…).

Brought our pup in for UTI symptoms. We used the “pick a time” function and got taken in right away. Doctor recognized symptoms to include UTI and anal glands being full. On exam found anal glands full and expressed those. Ultrasound images bladder and took a urine sample for analysis. Very happy with this first time visit. Lowest exam charges, professional competent staff, organized and timely. Highly recommend.
