VETCO apparently is run by complete incompetent morons. How many times do we have to schedule an appointment and we arrive and "oh sorry nobody is here today" or "oh they already left much earlier". Great quality workers here.

I took my two cats for their vaccinations and was surprised at the great service I got. The woman who checked me in was friendly and helpful. The vet and vet tech were also good. The vet gave a quick exam and the tech gave my cats their vaccinations. They were both knowledgeable and efficient in their job. I was only there for 1/2 hour. great prices also

I visited the PetSmart location in Revere, and I have to say, my experience left much to be desired. The odor in the store was quite unpleasant, and the overall organization was seriously lacking. It was a struggle to navigate with a cart due to the congestion caused by numerous merchants crowding the pathways. To make matters worse, the staff seemed disengaged and not very helpful. I was hoping for a better shopping experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling quite frustrated and disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with their service. Jasmine on the front desk is rude and I wouldn’t recommend a first time dog owner to talk to jasmine as she wouldn’t entertain any questions. They tricked me buying a rabies shot for my dog even though my dog is fully vaccinated for rabies which is good for 3 years. Another incident that happened is that when I booked an appointment they told me I have a free first physical exam but when I walked in, they did charge me for the physical exam and said that they can’t validate that promo anymore.
