I'm new to the area and this is my first vet visit with my senior cat Sheba for her annual check up and vaccines. The team was so warm and caring with her, and it was so comforting for me to know she had a lot of love while in their care! The team was communicative, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I am happy to have been able to find great clinic for Sheba and plan on continuing her care here in the future. :)

i always am impressed at the both the compassion the entire staff exhibit to our animals when we present them for care, as well as the collective knowledge the entire staff possess and willingness to share to their patients. i always walk out of Willard a little bit more educated at how best to care for our animals than when i walked in, and that feels wonderful.

We can't say enough great things about Willard. We love the team there and always feel like our dog is getting the best care. Everyone on the team that we have interacted with has been outstanding. We've been taking our Newfie here since we got him in 2020 and even he loves going (mainly for all of the treats he gets.) We've recommended Willard to friends and will continue to do so. Veterinary care isn't cheap but we definitely feel like the quality of care matches the price tag.
