I've been bringing my English bulldog to this veterinary clinic since he was 8 weeks old, and I couldn't be happier with the care we receive here. Dr. Burkett and the staff are exceptional. Dr. Burkett consistently goes above and beyond, always taking the time to provide thorough explanations about my bulldog's health and any procedures needed (which he needs a lot because of his breed). Her dedication and genuine care for the animals are truly remarkable. I feel confident and reassured knowing that my dog is in such capable hands. The clinic's expertise, combined with their compassionate approach, make it a top-notch choice for pet care. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking exceptional veterinary service.

Today was my first time going to West Street Vet Clinic and I had an awesome experience!! I saw Dr Gengo and Vet tech Mollie! Both were very professional and easy to work with! My pup was there for routine vaccines and a check up! They went over everything they were doing and I was right in the room with my pup which brought me great comfort!! I would also like to mention how clean the clinic was ( and very nicely decorated!!). My appointment time was 11:15a and i was out by 11:45a!! SO quick and so easy!! I can't wait to take my second dog in to see them!! I am going to continue seeing them for all my pet needs!!!

Wonderful Veterinary Clinic, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Ellie you feel welcome and valued. Dr Genco, assisted by Mollie, we’re both wonderful with our pups. When we left our appointment, my husband and I felt so comfortable and reassured that our decision to switch Vet Clinic was the right one.

We love everything about West Street Veterinary clinic. From the cheery front desk to the kind, caring techs and the wonderful, knowledgeable Drs, we felt instantly welcomed and cared for. All our questions were thoughtfully answered. Even calls with questions were answered quickly and completely! Truly appreciate the kindness and expertise!

The care that our puppy received over the course of 3 days to treat an unknown GI issue was not only professional but also compassionate. Our puppy wasn't feeling her best and they fit us in 2 days in a row, offered care and support along with medical testing and gave us their undivided attention despite being squeezed in between appointments. All staff, including receptionist, vet techs and vets all took the matter serious, gave us sound medical advice and recommendations and ultimately an emergency vet referral. They were careful and considerate with their testing and thorough with their explanation on what their testing indicated. We have been a part of this clinic since we got our puppy, and not only are we pleased, but our puppy runs to the door! I would recommend this clinic to any pet owner.
