Dr. Lockwood and the team at Angel West far exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we walked in, they went above and beyond—not just for Baxter, but for my husband and I as well. They took the time to listen, explain, and make accommodations that made a real difference in both his recovery and our peace of mind. It's clear that their work is more than just a job; their passion shows in the exceptional care they provide. We are tremendously grateful for everything they've done. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The veterinarians were exceptional. I'm very grateful for the time the doctors spent talking with me, answering questions, explaining things and for all they did for our pet, who thankfully came home much improved and getting better everyday. Grace was in the hospital for 9 days. They communicated with me regularly, provided updates... the vets were great. The staff in the ER and at checkout were also very good– kind, respectful. What I appreciated most about Angell is the expertise and thoughtfulness of the vets.

My dog had a surgery here on Monday. Dr.Daniels and his team is so helpful. He is such an amazing doctor and such a good human being. He called me 3 times a day to inform me about my dog’s health and condition, and that made me so relieved that he was in good hands. Being a pet parent, its so rare that a doctor understands how difficult it is for us when our baby is in the hospital. And how great it is when someone shows so much compassion and empathy and kindness. The neurology department also helped me financially as I was unable to afford his treatment. The insurance coordinator Harrison is also a very helpful person, and so is Mark- overall I think people here are very compassionate and helpful and kind, and took care of my baby like their own. I am so glad I got his surgery done here, and I wish I would have found out about this place earlier. I also want to thank Annika for sending me regular messages and pictures about his condition , that really helped with my anxiety.

The whole process was wonderful, and the team made me feel so much less anxious about the surgery and recovery. From the communication prior to the surgery, the thorough consultation we had with Dr Trout and the post op texts, photos and calls I received from Jeane and Todd, the whole experience was really amazing. A huge thank you to the whole team for being so caring, professional and thorough. Chloe didn't want to leave the hospital when I picked her up. 10/10 What I appreciated most about Angell is the texts and pictures I received from Jeane and Todd as well as the phone calls from Dr Trout. I have had ankle surgery in the past and the ortho team I had was no where near as amazing as Chloe's team.
