Dr Carolyn is the best! She's taken care of many dogs for me over the years so this is difficult to share. The operation has changed. They no longer offer mobile van service, or perform surgery. Their referral surgeon no longer excepts their patients, so there are few options for a serous issue. All they seem to offer now is a wellness checkup service, and if you haven't seen them for a while because your animals are healthy, you're second class citizen. I wish they would go back to the 3 person, full service, personalized needs model they started. Until then, they are just another me-to wellness office. Pleeeeease go back to what you started.

Moved from the borough's. Looking for a vet don't know the area. Called couple of places they said they are too busy. Mind you I don't need an appointment for months. Emailed and called Bay State mobile vet services, suddenly I had an appointment set in under 24 hours for the puppies check up in a couple of months. Looking for a new vet call Bay State they can even come to you!
