The veterinarians & staff are great. I been bringing my animals here for years. Yet they still amaze me with their high quality of service and care for animals. I rescued a dog in need of help and they went above and beyond to help me make this poor animal comfortable again.

I brought my pet there for an emergency at 4pm when the website clearly says they close at 5pm. They treated me like I was a bother and was super nice to other customers. They gave me the phone number to another vet. I cannot believe how we were treated in an emergency situation. They were always really nice and helpful but the lady working the front desk is rude and I won’t be going back!! I have always recommended friends to this clinic but I WILL be sure to let them know how they treated me and my pet like we were garbage and not worth the extra time to examine him. Tried to pawn me off to another “after hours clinic” when it was a little after 4. I cannot believe they did this!

We have been using Duroucher the past few years and they have done a fantastic job of taking care of our 7 beagles. We have no complaints and the doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and listen to what ever concerns you may have. Their prices are also extremely reasonable also.

My little old lady had a large skin tumor, and bc of her Age, anesthesia is dangerous. But Doc reassured us she'd be ok, and she had no problems. - I've been a client since 1995, and definitely recommend them. They care. - Pricey but worth it
