Roux suddenly stopped eating and wasn’t acting like his usual happy, energetic self.. We knew something wasn’t right. We called our regular vet, but they couldn’t see him for another day. Thankfully, when we reached out to Dr. Julie, she immediately understood how serious the situation felt and got us in right away. From that moment on, the care we received was nothing short of exceptional. The communication throughout the visit was clear, thorough, and reassuring. They were even able to provide X-rays before and after, walking us through exactly what was going on and helping us fully understand Roux’s condition. They also took the time to check in with us after we left to see how he was doing, which meant a lot. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. You can tell this team truly loves animals and takes pride in what they do. The facility itself is state-of-the-art. It’s clean, modern, and equipped with everything needed to provide top-level care. We’re incredibly thankful for how quickly they acted and the level of attention Roux received. It’s not often that a dog is excited to go back to the vet for a 2nd checkup. Maggie has the best time with Dr. Barnes and the ladies at Progressive! Everyone has consistently been professional, personable, and welcoming - we couldn't ask for more!

I recently visited Progressive Animal Hospital and was very impressed with the beautiful facility, friendly staff, and knowledgeable veterinarian. I brought one of my dogs with a lame hind leg to see Dr. Barnes. The outcome of the prognosis is not what my family had hoped for, but the time, compassion, and empathy Dr. Barnes had for my family is more than I have experienced from other vets in the past. We will definitely bring all of our pets to Dr. Barnes from now on.

We were in a very emergency situation, we called, and they said bring the cat right now. We got him up there and they immediately rushed him back and started taking care of him and saved his life. From the very first call until we walked out the door they were absolutely incredible! Dr. Julie is so personable and knowledgeable and the staff is so kind and accommodating. We absolutely adore and love, Dr. Julie and her staff. If there were 10 stars, that’s what I would give them.
