Beautiful facility. We had a great experience from check in to the exam room. Dr. Sewell is very knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend her and her clinic to everyone!

My first appointment at RAC was very expensive for the services and prescriptions I received, but there are limited options in Ruston so I scheduled my dog’s follow up appointment out of convenience. When I showed up for the appointment, there was a “Cash Only” sign on the door due to the internet being out. I find it incredibly frustrating that I’m expected to have $300 cash in order for my dog to be seen without any prior notice. Even if the phones are down, it’s 2023. Every single person in the building has a smartphone, most of which likely have a hotspot. There’s no excuse that I wasn’t notified prior to my appointment that I needed to have cash or a check.

Not pleased at all with the level of empathy that this places shows. They only seem to care about how fast they can charge your credit card. Absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND. EVER.....
