The adoption process and visitations are easy. However, both cats I adopted came with fleas, which turned into tapeworms, despite them having prevention meds. The staff was attentive and friendly, which helped the situation. They were able to get them scheduled immediately to see the vet, and are recovering well.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment online and had an option to choose an appointment as early as that day. All of the staff were very friendly, considerate and more than willing to be helpful. I was able to get everything I wanted to get for my pet plus some at my appointment. I was very pleased and happy with the services provided.

The staff was so friendly and nice to me and my dog and I was there early for my appointment and the was able to see me earlier than my appointment time the overall experience was amazing clean environment amazing
