The care team there is so sweet, carrying, not just with our furry friends but the people as well.. Chance and his team recently found a lump in my cat that will be removed Wednesday.. They took the time to explain everything even as busy as they were.. The Little personal touched mean so much . Thanks to everyone there

I really did enjoy the vet and everyone was very nice and helpful. Today though I do have a complaint that came up. I just took my dog for his second set of heartworm injections, but I had to change to a different vet since I moved. I sent all of his records over and I just got a call from the vet saying that there were no x-rays done to see if it was even safe for him to receive the first injection. They also didn’t give him any pain. Medication‘s whenever is a very painful procedure and he was visibly in pain. Again, I did like them, but this one little mistake could’ve cost him his life I was told by the vet they pretty much just injected him and hoped for the best. I really like the vet but I just can’t trust him with my dog again. The vet said all of this is in the American heartworms associations guidelines, and it should have been known that this needed to be done before the treatment even began.
