Unfortunately, we had to put our sweet little chihuahua "Monster" down. She had multiple medical problems due to age, and we did not want her to suffer. The staff was very professional and caring. They gave us all the time we needed with her before and after the procedure. They are very passionate in what they do.

I wish I were the type to not go entirely by reviews but I am and I DID…I don’t know why this establishment is so high 😕 mine and SEVERAL others had the same experience. I researched so much somewhere to keep my baby and I put him here. Picked him up 5 days later to be soaked in urine. He had such a strong urine smell that I couldn’t even greet him like he had wanted and certainly couldn’t give him the kisses he deserved. I specifically asked for him to bathed 🤦🏻♀️ Like I said several people had this done so BEWARE, leave honest reviews if it’s bad..don’t just shrug it off like I did worrisome of hurting feelings 😕😕 I’m sure there are test employees there and hopefully u get one.

Boarded my girls for close to a month due to work trips, but they let me see them on Saturday's. My girls absolutely loved it there!

They clipped my dog's nails and didn't let me go back with her and she was so nervous she peed on one of the ladies

The service is excellent! The people who work there are very friendly and help you with everything for your pet. In addition they give you multiple options for the care of your pet, and the comfort of the owner. I simply loved it! I highly recommend it, I took my dog there for a bath and general control.
